Job description

Develop and expand hospital client base across assigned region (Northern /Central /Southern).

Promote and sell rehabilitation and disposable medical items to hospital procurement teams.

Build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, and purchasing managers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Provide structured reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor analysis.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospital or medical-related industry.

Strong knowledge of hospital procurement processes and medical product categories.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently across regions.

Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Salary Range: RM3,500 – RM5,000 (based on experience and performance).
