Job summary

A premium snacks company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Rep to expand its presence in HORECA and Food Service channels. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in food products, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus. This role involves developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and ensuring effective product visibility. Travel within Malaysia and overseas is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products for HORECA/Food Service.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or a Chinese dialect).
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel nationwide and overseas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow brand and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new distribution or HORECA/Food Service operators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Ensure strong product visibility and effective merchandising in outlets.
  • Plan and execute promotion events and activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Handle credit collection and related matters.

We’re on the lookout for a Sales Rep to drive our expansion in HORECA/ Food Service channels (hotels, restaurants, cafe, bars, pubs and entertainment outlets).

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our brand and achieve sales targets.
