Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare quotations, sales-related documents and reports.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases.
• Support CRM and business development activities.
• Participate in customer visits, meetings and sales-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily sales and marketing activities.
