Job summary

AU Goldtech Sdn Bhd (AURIOUS) is hiring a Jewellery Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Malaysia. You will help customers find 916 gold & diamond pieces while creating engaging content for social media and supporting live sessions.

Responsibilities include showroom and online sales, product demonstrations, and handling after-sales requests. The role requires strong communication, a sales-driven mindset, and willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people.
• Sales-driven with good customer service skills.
• Interested in gold & diamond jewellery.
• Mandarin is an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating with customers in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Attend to showroom walk-in and online customers.
• Recommend and sell 916 gold & diamond jewellery based on customers' needs and budget.
• Explain jewellery details, gold weight, workmanship, diamond specifications and pricing.
• Follow up with customers and leads to close sales.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Handle after-sales requests such as resizing, polishing and delivery.
• Process sales and invoices accurately.
• Create simple and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok & Facebook.
• Participate in product videos, Reels and LIVE sessions.
• Assist with jewellery photoshoots, product launches and promotions.
• Support influencer collaborations and marketing campaigns.
• Represent Aurious Gold at pop-ups, exhibitions and sales events.
• Engage with customers and promote our jewellery collections.

AURIOUS is looking for a Jewellery Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team!

You will be part of a modern and growing jewellery brand, helping customers find the perfect 916 gold & diamond pieces while also creating engaging content for our social media.

What You'll Do

Attend to showroom walk-in and online customers.

Recommend and sell 916 gold & diamond jewellery based on customers' needs and budget.

Explain jewellery details, gold weight, workmanship, diamond specifications and pricing.

Follow up with customers and leads to close sales.

Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Handle after-sales requests such as resizing, polishing and delivery.

Process sales and invoices accurately.

Social Media & Marketing

Create simple and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok & Facebook.

Participate in product videos, Reels and LIVE sessions.

Assist with jewellery photoshoots, product launches and promotions.

Events

Represent Aurious Gold at pop‑ups, exhibitions and sales events.

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to meet someone who is:

Interested in gold & diamond jewellery.

Comfortable communicating with customers in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Mandarin is an advantage.

Willing to learn about 916 gold & diamond products.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays according to the retail roster.

Comfortable working retail/shopping mall operating hours.

Available to start work in December 2026.

Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, gold/diamond sales or LIVE hosting is a BIG PLUS!

Fresh graduates with the right attitude and passion for jewellery are also welcome to apply.
