Job summary

Chailease Berjaya Credit Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Sarawak. You will drive revenue growth by selling financial products and building client relationships across our network.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and values strong negotiation, communication skills, and the ability to close deals. A valid driver’s license and own transport are preferred as you will operate regionally.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales/marketing in financial institutions, credit company or leasing company is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a knack for closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have own transport and able to drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for financial products (Vehicle financing / Motorcycle financing / Easy Payment / SME Financing) and expand our customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active exploration and networking.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Credit, Collection, Customer Service) to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
