Epoch HPL is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team in Malaysia. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and handle inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to help achieve sales targets.

You will maintain customer records in the CRM system, coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, and conduct market research to understand trends. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with sales and marketing experience will have an added advantage.
• Comfortable using CRM systems.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the company's CRM system.

2-3 years of relevant sales experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Construction, Interior Design, or related industries is an advantage.

Requirements
