A healthcare centre in George Town is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to enhance its client relationships and promote services. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration and a successful track record in sales and marketing management within healthcare. Responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, and developing business strategies. The role requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills to drive the marketing team effectively.
Promote the centre’s medical and healthcare services to corporate clients, insurance panels, GPs, and referring doctors.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, clinics, embassies, etc.).
Identify new business opportunities to increase patient referrals and revenue.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and agreements for corporate clients.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback for strategy development.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote the centre’s services and consultants.
Manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital marketing initiatives.
Organize health talks, medical camps, and patient engagement events.
Prepare marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, presentations) in line with brand guidelines.
Support in PR, media relations, and community outreach programs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client database, and marketing performance.
Provide weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports to management.
Work closely with consultants, nurses, and operations team to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for marketing activities.
