Responsibilities

• Customer and commercial support.
• Assist Sales Manager with daily quotations and tender/bidding preparation.
• Manage and follow up on project pipeline and sample arrangements.
• Assist in new projects, onboarding of new customers, and account creation.
• Follow up on trial proposals and other customer requests for products.
• Market/customer mapping and reporting.
• Assist in mapping country, customer, and product line potential.
• Help map end-product lines for customers.
• Handle customer complaints and order management.
• Coordinate with other functions to follow up on orders and customer issues.

The Sales intern role is to work together with commercial and sales team to achieve the commercial objectives and Experience through internship in the area of : International B2B Trade and Export & Commodity trading.

Main accounbilities

• Customer and commercial support
• Supporting the Sales Manager on daily basis quotation preparation and tender/bidding preparation.
• Manage and follow up on project pipleine and sample arrangement
• Assisting in new projects creation, new customers onboarding and account creations.
• Follow up on trial proposal and other request from customers on the new/existing product additional requirements
• Market /customer mapping and reporting
• Asssits Sales Manager to map new country, customer and product line potential
• Assists Sales manager to map customer end product's line
• Customer complaint and order management
• Work with different function and department to follow up on existing and new orders executions and customer complaints

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree holder in Business / marketing/economics, supply chain and relevant.
• Basic knowledge in B2B / international trades.
• Service mindset, knowledge of how to provide high level customer service
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics Team player
