Job description

In This Role You Will:

  • Identify and pursue prospective tenants to lease available office spaces.
  • Conduct market research to understand demand, rental trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a database of potential tenants, including startups, SMEs, corporates, and government-linked agencies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling leasing proposals and presentations to prospective tenants.
  • Conduct site tours and provide detailed information on available units, facilities, and leasing terms.
  • Negotiate lease terms and rental rates in line with company policy and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create leasing campaigns, digital ads, and promotional materials.
  • Follow up with leads, inquiries, and prospects in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with legal and sales admin teams for timely issuance of offer letters, tenancy agreements, and documentation.
  • Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and business forums to generate leads.
  • Maintain relationships with real estate agents, tenant reps, and brokers to expand leasing reach.
  • Monitor occupancy rates, leasing pipeline, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure tenants’ needs and queries are addressed throughout the leasing process.
