Acquire and activate F&B merchants across your assigned areas (phone, online or face‑to‑face) to meet outlet sign‑up targets.
Prioritise high‑potential outlets and explore underserved sub‑areas for expansion.
Maintain and regularly update the sales funnel (pipeline hygiene, status updates, conversion notes) to ensure accurate forecasting and progress tracking.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all merchant paperwork, onboarding forms and reports.
Record and report on on‑ground insights and merchant/competitor feedback (field observations, merchant needs, win/loss reasons), escalating actionable items to the team.
Identify competitor activity and recommend quick‑win actions to protect and grow our presence.
Support account management and cross‑functional teams with handovers and merchants follow‑through.
