Job summary

Suria-Medik Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive biomedical sales and service professional to drive opportunities in hospitals and clinics in Malaysia. You will promote and sell medical equipment, manage key accounts, coordinate installations, and deliver product demonstrations.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of medical devices, excellent communication, and willingness to travel for on-site service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in sales and/or service of medical equipment is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site installations and servicing.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical sector.
• Promote and sell medical equipment products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance services for medical equipment.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and repairs of medical devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to medical equipment.
• Train healthcare professionals on the use of medical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and procedures.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and inquiries promptly.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled biomedical background to join our team at the intersection of healthcare, biomedical engineering R&D and artificial intelligence. This role focuses on supporting Al-enabled medical devices in clinical environments, ensuring their safe adoption, technical integration , and real-world validation. The position also involves assisting with clinical trials, technical training, and regulatory documentation, while providing key input into the company's innovation roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with smart, data-driven medical devices, while helping clinicians and healthcare provider leverage Al to improve patient outcomes local applicants are encourage to our focus also expatriates for technological changes between our staffs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in sales and/or service of medical equipment is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel for on-site installations and servicing.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently and on short notice period.
• Possess own transport.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical regulations.
• Knowledge of medical equipment troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Fluency in Malay and English language.
