A property management firm in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to generate leads and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess at least a diploma in Business or related fields and have strong negotiation and communication skills. Responsibilities include facilitating property sales transactions, responding to sales enquiries, and conducting market research. Fresh graduates and candidates with at least one year of experience are encouraged to apply. The role requires the ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
To generate leads, build strong client relationships, and facilitate property sales transactions.
Towork closely with sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Attend to any form of sales enquiries, launches and events.
To provide excellent sales and customer services to existing customer and prospects.
To participate in roadshows, exhibitions and events.
To provide necessary assistances and follow up in loan application and SPA execution in order to complete the sale transaction.
To conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.
At least three (1) years experience in related field.
Result-orientated and excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets.
Proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Possess own transport.
Good Communications skills with friendly character.
