Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic Interior Design professional to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam. You will engage with clients to design kitchens, wardrobes, and interiors, presenting 2D/3D visuals and offering expert material selection guidance.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in KD Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D rendering is required, along with strong communication and teamwork. Weekend showroom exhibitions may be required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in interior design software (KD Max, 20-20 Technologies, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software and etc).
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and space planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transportation.
• Must be able to work at furniture's exhibition during weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences for kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and interior furnishings.
• Develop and present customized design proposals, including 2D and 3D visualizations.
• Provide expert advice on material selection, finishes, and space planning.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals, negotiating terms and closing sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and product offerings.
• Assist in various design project undertaken by the company.
• To perform any others Sales and Marketing related duties as and when required.
