Job summary

Alpha Kitchen Industries in Malaysia is seeking a client-facing consultant to understand interior design needs, preferences, and budgets, and to present practical cabinetry and design solutions.

You will prepare quotations and design proposals, coordinate with designers and project teams to ensure timely delivery and installation, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Own transport required for client visits.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and money-motivated.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin proficiency not required but an advantage.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Understand interior design needs, lifestyle preferences and budget requirements.
• Sales & Solutions: Promote and sell our custom cabinetry and interior design services with practical solutions.
• Proposals: Prepare accurate quotations and design proposals aligned with the client’s vision.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with designers and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
• Customer Relationship: Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with latest interior design trends and market insights.
