About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to be part of our growing commercial team. You will play a key role in qualifying incoming leads by conducting initial screening calls and gathering information using a structured question set. Suitable leads will be passed to our Account Managers for follow-up meetings.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about sales, enjoys speaking with people, and is open to exploring a future career in account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Call and screen leads from our internal system or marketing campaigns
  • Ask qualifying questions based on provided scripts to assess lead potential
  • Record and update lead information in CRM or internal tracking tools
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the Account Management team
  • Provide basic follow-ups or reminders to unresponsive leads when needed

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Working Arrangement (5 day work week) - Rotating schedule based on sales volume and business needs:
    • Option 1: Wednesday to Sunday
    • Option 2: Saturday to Wednesday
