1. Support Manager in New Agent Onboarding
  • Assist the manager in bringing new agents onboard smoothly and professionally
  • Prepare training materials, coordinate schedules, and ensure new agents are equipped with the right tools
  • Follow up and guide new agents during their early stages for a successful start
  • Create and qualify leads for new agents
  • Assist in planning and executing simple marketing activities to generate sales opportunities
  • Maintain and update lead databases to ensure proper follow-up and tracking
3. Client Analysis & Sales Opportunities
  • Review and analyse existing clients’ portfolios
  • Prepare simple reports and insights to support the sales team
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Analytical mindset with basic Excel/Google Sheet skills
  • Positive attitude, proactive, organised, and eager to learns.
