Job summary

Bosen Advisory Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Sales Consultant to engage with customer leads, explain our consultation services and fees, and drive sales and service targets. You will manage documents, update records in DocuFlow, and coordinate with internal teams to keep customers informed.

The role offers training, company-provided leads, and career development opportunities in sales and leadership within a growing advisory firm in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good communication, organisation and follow-up skills.

• A responsible and professional approach to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with company-assigned customer leads.
• Understand customer needs and clearly explain Bosen's consultation services, process and fees.
• Follow up on consultation service agreements and sales.
• Collect customer-provided documents and check completeness.
• Update customer information, communication records and case progress in DocuFlow.
• Coordinate with internal teams and communicate confirmed updates to customers.
• Work towards agreed sales and service targets.
• Protect customer information and follow company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on consultation service agreements and sales

About you

• Basic salary of RM2,400 per month, plus commission
• Potential total monthly earnings of RM6,000-RM7,000, depending on performance and the applicable commission scheme
• Training and company-assigned customer leads
• Achiever trip opportunities to destinations in Asia and Europe, subject to qualification criteria and company arrangements
• Career development opportunities in sales, leadership and branch management
