Job summary

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role, preferably within the automotive industry


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers


• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively


• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets


• Sound knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, pricing and financing options


• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously whilst maintaining service quality


• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales software


• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment


• Valid driving licence and willingness to conduct test drives


• Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage


• Certification or training in sales techniques or automotive product knowledge is preferred
