Job summary

Taiace Energy Services Sdn Bhd in Nilai seeks an energetic Sales & Client Admin Intern who will bridge our sales team and customers. You’ll learn how a sales department operates, manage client relationships, and support high-growth operations in renewable energy.

The role covers client interaction via WhatsApp, phone, and email; preparation of quotations and proposals; CRM data upkeep; scheduling site visits; after-sales follow-up; and weekly sales reporting, with mentorship from the Sales

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using WhatsApp Web for business.
• Customer-focused, patient, polite and eager to help people.
• Experience in customer service is a bonus, but a great attitude is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for potential customers via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Help answer basic inquiries and route leads to the right sales agents.
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Update customer details and sales progress in our CRM/Excel to ensure no lead gets left behind.
• Help organize site visit schedules for our technical consultants and coordinate installation dates with clients.
• Assist in following up with customers after installation to ensure they are happy and to gather feedback/reviews.
• Compile simple weekly sales reports to help the management team track performance.
