Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) is hiring for a Retail Sales Assistant in Subang Jaya. You will greet customers, promote products, manage stock, and help at the cashier when needed.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include organizing shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, labeling products, and assisting with displays and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Damai Utama, Puchong, Selangor.
