Job summary
Aurora Italia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a jewelry retail associate to identify customer needs, provide personalized recommendations, and guide buyers through the purchase process.
You will help arrange displays, ensure a welcoming showroom, and strive to meet individual and store sales targets while delivering outstanding service. This role requires strong communication, a passion for jewelry, and a commitment to brand standards. Based in Skudai, Johor.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles in retail preferred.
- Ability to upsell and meet sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand customers' needs and preferences to provide personalized service and recommendations.
- Proactively approach and engage potential customers, offering professional advice on jewellery selection and purchases.
- Arrange and maintain jewellery displays to ensure an attractive, organized showroom presentation.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, including product packaging, billing, payment processing, and completing sales transactions.
- Achieve individual and company sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation of the showroom to uphold brand standards.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
