Aurora Italia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Supervisor for Kompleks Bukit Jambul in Penang to oversee daily sales counter operations and lead the sales team.

You will schedule staff, maintain showroom standards, build customer and partner relationships, and coach the team to exceed targets while ensuring excellent service.

Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and partners.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Coach, train and develop sales staff to enhance product knowledge and service.
Monitor team performance and guide continuous improvement.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
