Job summary

Aurora Italia SDN BHD invites you to join our premium jewellery showroom team in Sabah. You will engage customers, offer expert jewellery advice, and guide the sale from selection to packaging and payment. Maintain an attractive display and uphold our brand standards while meeting sales targets.

This role focuses on personalized service, professional recommendations, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience consistent with a luxury Italian brand.

Qualifications

• Identify and understand customers' needs to provide personalized service.
• Proactively engage customers with professional jewellery advice.
• Arrange jewellery displays to maintain an attractive showroom.
• Assist customers through the sales process, including packaging and billing.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent service.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and brand presentation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Identify and understand customers' needs and preferences to provide personalized service and recommendations.

Proactively approach and engage potential customers, offering professional advice on jewellery selection and purchases.

Arrange and maintain jewellery displays to ensure an attractive, organized, and visually appealing showroom presentation.

Assist customers throughout the sales process, including product packaging, billing, payment processing, and completing sales transactions.

Achieve individual and company sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation of the showroom to uphold brand standards.

Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
