Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad in Johor Bahru is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate. You will greet shoppers, promote items with product knowledge, and upsell to meet targets while assisting with stock and display tasks.

The role includes cashier duties when needed and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and appealing. Applicants should have SPM or equivalent, with experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.

Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.

Act as a replacement cashier when needed.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.

Job Requirements:
