Job summary

2KM Florist in Malaysia is looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our customer service and sales team. Training provided; you will handle live chat and phone support, and strive to achieve daily sales targets.

You should have basic English and Bahasa Malaysia, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a responsible, target-driven attitude. You will assist with stock checks, packing, shop upkeep, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Provide prompt and professional customer support via live chat and phone
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Inform customers about promotions and offers
• Maintain and update customer information on online platforms
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve service quality
• Stock checks, pick, count, and prepare goods according to orders
• Pack goods securely for delivery or pickup
• Arrange and check stock in the shop
• Report stock shortages or discrepancies
• Load, unload, and move goods as required
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized
