We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join CRESTMAX AUTO SDN BHD in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and building lasting relationships with our customers. As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our business, representing our brand and delivering exceptional service to clients seeking automotive solutions. Your expertise and consultative approach will directly impact our revenue growth and customer satisfaction, making this a key position within our sales team.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with prospective customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
• Presenting product features, specifications, and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Negotiating pricing and closing sales transactions to meet and exceed sales targets
• Preparing quotations and documentation required for vehicle purchases
• Providing post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company systems
• Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve team sales objectives
• Staying informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or a related sector

• Valid driving licence and willingness to undertake test drives with customers
