Job summary

CETM Electrotest Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support Sales and Operations. You will process sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and handle inbound/outbound shipments while maintaining documentation.

The role requires 2 years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good English & Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome. ERP experience is a plus and the company offers statutory benefits and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Advanced or Higher Diploma in any field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in sales administration, order processing, logistics or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience with an ERP system will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Comfortable handling both computer-based administrative work and physical packing/shipment activities

Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow up closely with the Sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders
• Perform system entries for Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices
• Coordinate delivery schedules and arrange shipments through courier or dispatch
• Receive, unpack and verify weekly inbound shipments against relevant documents
• Prepare, pack and arrange outbound shipments for delivery
• Maintain proper documentation and records for orders, deliveries and shipments
• Provide general administrative and logistics support to ensure smooth daily operations
