A manufacturing company located in Subang Jaya, Selangor is seeking a candidate for a Sales Support role. The role involves preparing quotations, supporting the sales team, and handling customer inquiries and follow-ups. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or Office Management, excellent organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency. Steel Recon Industries Sdn. Bhd. – Subang Jaya, Selangor
· Prepare quotations and ensure timely response to customer enquiries
· Support the front-end sales team and monitor and make sure all incoming enquiries are attended to
· Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer databases
· Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts
· Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and coordinate necessary actions
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and filing
· Assist in exhibition and event arrangements
· Oversee and manage marketing materials, including stock and distribution
Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Office Management, or fields
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and basic computer skills (Excel, email)
Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Responsible, humble, willing to learn, good team player, comfortable working with numbers
