Sales/ Account Manager ( IT Solutions, Network, Security)
  1. Achieve yearly set sales quota by company.
  2. Promote, increase awareness, and market company's services and products to corporate customers.
  3. Develop, identify, and secure new business opportunities.
  4. Assist and contribute in planning, development and implement sales strategies and activities to meet overall business objectives.
  5. Maintain good business relationship with existing customers and prospects.
  6. Responsible and achieved set sales quota.
  7. Ensure strong customer satisfaction and experience at all times for better wallet share.
  8. Delivered principal set target.
  9. Ensure and complete set KPI on certification from each key principal from time to time as per Business Partnership KPI.
  10. Monitoring on customer’s AR and assist to follow up on payment if required.
  11. Ensure quality sales engagement and proposal.
  12. Ensure strong GP margin and meeting our set SGA percentage.
  13. Create and maintain a strong company image and branding at all times.
  14. Establish good relationship with the company’s key principals. Continue to build up strong relationship with local partners.
  15. Develop and recommend creative marketing strategies to improve sales volume and profit forecasts to meet business goals.
  16. Responsible for new market penetration and developing net new customers.
  17. Able to up-sell CSI 1 end to end solution.
  18. Working cross functionally to build strong relationships with key customers.
  19. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date awareness of competitors’ activities.
  20. Providing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance reports and updates.
  21. Providing weekly, and monthly sales inquiry reports and updates.
  22. Responsible for Inquiry to Sales processing which include preparation of proposals, tender participations, sales presentations, Quotation, Service Order Form, and invoice preparation processes.
  23. Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction, as well as team performance programs.
  24. Responsible in maintaining and updating the company’s customer and prospect database.
  25. Coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments in the company and, most specifically with Business Development and Finance.
  26. Coordination with the Head of Sales to execute both market and target customer strategies for the company.
  27. Coordination with the Presales Team and Business Development department to assist in providing market intelligence updates and feedback on all existing and products/services that meet market demand and business objectives.
