Overview

We are seeking creative, self-driven and highly organized sales professionals to help us grow the business in the region. This role involves understanding customer needs, mapping them with our software solutions, and supporting the sales process to close deals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve revenue target
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and manage the sales process
  • Identify customer needs and align Zoho’s software solutions accordingly
  • Work closely with pre-sales engineers to recommend suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with product teams and continuously update product knowledge
  • Manage both online and offline sales and account management activities
  • Identify and nurture mid-market accounts, recognizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with technical consultants and the sales team
  • Drive the sales process and close deals effectively
  • This position will mainly focus on Workplace/Desk sale
Requirements
  • Fluent in Thai language to provide support to the Thailand market
  • Diploma/ Degree holder in a relevant field of study
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Software Sales (SaaS), B2B Sales, or Inside Sales
  • Prior experience selling similar solutions is a plus
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Excellent business-level proficiency in the local language is mandatory
  • Basic English skills required for internal communication with the teams from other regions
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
