Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HSE intern to assist in developing and maintaining workplace safety and sustainability standards at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The role involves coordinating training, ensuring compliance, and supporting the HSE Committee.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with good communication skills and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment. The internship duration is 4–6 months with an offered allowance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) principles and regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Branches to develop and maintain HSE standards, manuals, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Coordinate Safety and Sustainability related training/briefing.
• Coordinate awareness and practical training on hazards and emergency with the HSE Committee team.
