Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement safety management systems and plans.
• Implement safety rules and measures to prevent accidents.
• Inspect daily operations to identify hazards and supervise fixes.
• Organize safety training, drills and emergency plans.
• Analyze abnormal quality issues and decide handling actions.
• Follow up quality issues and coordinate corrective actions across departments.
• Control incoming materials and in-process product quality.
• Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports and perform data analysis.
