Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager of Safety, Fire & Security to safeguard people, assets and operations across the property. The role oversees OSH, fire safety governance, regulatory compliance, and security programs while guiding department heads and regulators.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and leadership to drive safety culture, incident investigations, emergency planning, and business continuity, including

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in safety and health, security management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in safety and security management, preferably within hospitality, property or facilities management.
• Registered OSH-C with DOSH Malaysia or equivalent is mandatory.
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification recognised by BOMBA, or strong BOMBA knowledge and fire protection experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement and monitor OSH policies compliant with local regulations.
• Lead fire safety governance and BOMBA liaison; ensure Fire Certificate renewals.
• Oversee daily security operations including CCTV, access control and patrols.
• Coordinate with regulators, conduct risk assessments, inspections and incident investigations.
• Chair safety committees, drive corrective actions and emergency drills across the property.
