Job summary

CAB Feed Sdn Bhd is seeking an EHS Specialist to develop, implement, and monitor environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure statutory compliance and uphold company policies. You will promote safe work practices and manage regulatory submissions across operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of EHS experience with strong knowledge of DOSH, DOE, and OSHA requirements, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in OSH or related field
• 2–3 years of EHS experience
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian DOSH/DOE/OSHA requirements
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills
• SHO certification or equivalent is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Malaysian safety laws (DOSH/DOE/OSHA) and maintain permits, licenses and submissions.
• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns for employees.
• Perform hazard identification, risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare incident reports.
• Monitor waste management, emissions, and resource usage for sustainability.
• Drive internal EHS audits and coordinate external inspections.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in EHS or safety management.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (DOSH, DOE, OSHA).
• Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Safety & Health Officer (SHO) or equivalent is an advantage
