Job summary

Country Garden Pacificview is seeking a seasoned Fire Safety Manager to lead the mall's fire safety and emergency response program. You will developing risk-based plans, conducting inspections, and coordinating with authorities to ensure full compliance with fire codes.

• Familiar with operation and maintenance of fire protection systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review fire safety and emergency response plans for the mall.
• Carry out routine fire risk assessments and site inspections to identify hazards.
• Coordinate with authorities to ensure compliance with fire safety laws and regulations.
• Organise and supervise fire safety training, drills, and evacuation exercises for mall staff.
• Investigate fire-related incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain records and documentation of fire safety systems and maintenance.
• Provide professional advice to mall management on fire prevention and safety.
