Job summary

Water Revelation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Safety Coordinator in Johor to coordinate and monitor workplace safety across all departments. The role ensures compliance with OSHA requirements, conducts inspections, and drives risk assessments with a focus on continuous safety improvements.

The candidate should possess a Diploma/Certificate in OSH, have 1–3 years of experience in safety coordination, and be able to conduct trainings, prepare reports, and liaise with authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Yellow Book holder registered with DOSH.
• Knowledge of OSHA and related regulations.
• Able to conduct safety training and prepare reports.
• Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor workplace safety and health activities across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and local regulatory standards.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare investigation reports.
• Monitor PPE usage and conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency drills and follow up on corrective actions.
• Liaise with authorities, auditors, and contractors on safety matters.
