Job description

Job Responsibility

• Monitor and supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and site-specific safety plans.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
• Support the SHO/SSS in implementing safety policies, SOPs, and emergency procedures.
• Conduct Toolbox Meetings, Safety Inductions, and daily safety briefings.
• Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Report unsafe acts or conditions, near-miss incidents, and assist in investigations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation, including checklists, inspection reports, and training records.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure their compliance with safety procedures.
• Assist during audits by DOSH, CIDB, or internal safety teams.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of all laws that govern for Occupational Health, Safety and Environment for Data Centre related building management and maintenance, including building safety, emergency evacuation and environmental protection.
• Bachelor of Science degree (preferred but not necessary) â preferably in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science or EHS related discipline.
• Must be certificate in Site Safety Supervisor (SSS), with Yellow Book.
