Carrier is seeking a field-based HVAC service professional in Sabah to plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across customer sites. You will manage technicians, subcontractors, spare parts and tools while providing expert technical support for chillers, AHUs and FCUs.

In this role you will conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning and issue resolution, ensuring documentation and reports are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC/Refrigeration Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC, refrigeration, building services or related field.
• Experience with chiller servicing and troubleshooting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdowns and service activities for Sabah customers.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, spare parts, tools and equipment required for each service job.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Carrier HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs).
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning and technical assessment when required.
• Ensure service reports, inspection reports, quotations and recommendations are completed accurately and promptly.
