Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sciences/Economics or equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a related field would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database tools.
• Result-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams and outside formal authority lines.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
• High resilience with a strong tolerance for adversity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and steward for S&D Planning activities, initiating meetings and discussions.
• Develops new business opportunities to enhance efficiency of current supply chain system.
• Review and assess current S&D operations and optimize resource use.
• Involvement on committees or task forces for cross-functional studies.
• Prepare regular and special reports to Department Managers.
• Coordinate studies with Corporate Planning, Controllers, Retail and Commercial on operating and business plans.
• Review viability and feasibility of investment proposals and special projects.
