Job summary

Petron Malaysia is seeking a dynamic S&D Planning & Operations Support Manager to coordinate Supply & Distribution planning activities and drive efficiency across the supply chain. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, resource optimization, and cross-department collaboration.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sciences/Economics or equivalent with 2–5 years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sciences/Economics or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience would be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and steward for S&D Planning activities, initiating meetings and discussions.
• Develop new business opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Review current S&D operations and recommend optimal resources.
• Handle other duties as delegated by the S&D Planning & Operations Manager.
• Develop study frameworks with timelines, milestones, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management.
