Job summary

Nexperia in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia seeks an RTR Assembly Manager (FE Equipment Maintenance) to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians responsible for maintaining and improving Front-End manufacturing equipment.

You will drive uptime and reliability while coordinating with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing Excellence to meet KPIs and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or maintenance.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with OEE, MTBF, MTTR, TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As the RTR Assembly Manager (FE Equipment Maintenance), you will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians responsible for maintaining and improving Front-End manufacturing equipment.
