Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced RTR Lead to manage end-to-end accounting and reporting within a Global Business Services environment in Kuala Lumpur. The role supports a migration project and operates under a hybrid working arrangement.

You will oversee general ledger, month-end close, intercompany activities, and compliance with IFRS and local GAAP while driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing RTR within a GBS environment.
• Ability to prepare clear financial reports.
• Experience reviewing financial data for discrepancies.
• Comfort with migration projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end RTR operations for multiple entities.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits and governance.
• Drive process improvements and automation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on accounting matters.
