Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced RPA Analyst to design, develop, test and support automation bots on the Blue Prism platform. You will work with internal stakeholders to define automation initiatives and ensure high-quality deliverables through robust testing and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in process automation, strong English communication, and the ability to conceptualize automated solutions while adhering to change-management processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years professional experience in process automation.
• Professional knowledge of RPA software (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to document end-to-end process cycles and present technical details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support bots created in Blue Prism platform.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on automation initiatives.
• Ensure quality of end deliverables and implement test procedures.
• Identify ways to improve bot performance and application changes.
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments to translate product vision into requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to ensure timely delivery.
• Carry out ad-hoc regional automation projects.
