Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd Malaysia is seeking a process automation professional to design, develop, test, and support Blue Prism bots. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive automation initiatives and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in enterprise-scale automation, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication. Candidates should be open to regional projects and willing to adapt to new technologies.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in process automation.
Knowledge of RPA software such as Blue Prism or other platforms.
Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and support bots created in Blue Prism.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on automation initiatives.
Ensure quality of end deliverables.
Develop and implement quality control, testing procedures, and bot training materials.
Identify ways to improve bot performance.
Comply with in-house change management processes.
Collaborate with Heads of Departments to translate vision into requirements.
Provide regular progress updates to ensure timely delivery.
Participate in ad-hoc regional projects.
