Job summary

Tentacle Tech is seeking an experienced RPA Developer for a 12-month onsite engagement within the finance sector in Malaysia. You will develop, configure and support attended and unattended bots, and play a hands-on role in keeping automations running smoothly in production.

Ideal candidates have strong UiPath and Power Automate Desktop skills, 3–4 years of RPA development experience, and a degree. Onsite availability is required, with opportunities for growth and hands-on automation exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant work experience in RPA.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to perform root-cause analysis.

The Role

Are you an RPA specialist who enjoys turning manual, repetitive processes into reliable, efficient automations? We are looking for an RPA Developer to join a 12-month onsite engagement within the finance sector. You will develop, configure and support attended and unattended bots, and play a hands-on role in keeping automations running smoothly in production. What You'll Do

• Develop robust automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate Desktop
• Set up, configure and support both attended and unattended bots
• Troubleshoot production incidents and restore services quickly and reliably
• Perform root cause analysis on bot-related issues and implement code fixes
• Provide onsite operational support as required to keep automated processes running
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in UiPath and Power Automate Desktop development
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant RPA development and support experience
• Proven experience in attended and unattended bot setup, configuration and support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis
• A degree, backed by working experience in the required areas of expertise
• Willingness to work onsite and provide operational support as needed
• Advantageous: UiPath Advanced Developer Certificate, banking industry experience and knowledge of banking processes
