Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an Automation Lead to design, develop, and implement automation solutions and KPI dashboards using UiPath, Power Automate, and related tools. You will collaborate with business units to define automation plans and identify high-potential processes for optimization.

Ideal candidates will have a CS/IT/Systems or Business degree with 3+ years of experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, result-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Systems or Business with 3+ years’ related experience.
• Experience with UiPath automation; Power Automate a plus.
• Proactive problem solver with good planning and organizing abilities.
• Attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Committed team player with a can-do, result-oriented attitude.
• Advanced written, verbal analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement automation solutions and KPI dashboards using UiPath, Power Automate and others.
• Work closely with the business to identify needs and define the automation plan.
• Identify processes with automation potential.
• Involve in process optimization & simplification to maximize automation potential.
• Define KPI to measure and reevaluate benefits of robotized processes.
• Collaborate with the global team to advance MT automation in an agile manner.
