L&R Logistics, headquartered in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking a Logistics Planner to optimize routes, supervise drivers, and lead a planning team for on-time deliveries across multi-client accounts. The role emphasizes accuracy, Excel-based data management, and Maslog system usage.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Logistics with 2–4 years of transport planning experience and are ready for flexible hours to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications

• SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in transport planning, route optimization, or driver coordination.
• Good knowledge of Peninsular Malaysia road networks and multi-drop load consolidation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Maslog experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts to support operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• Route Planning & Optimization: Lead daily delivery road planning for the General Truck Division, consolidating multi-client cargo to maximize truck capacity and fuel efficiency per trip.
• Team Guidance: Act as the primary point of contact to guide and align peer planners on daily dispatch allocation and routine adjustments.
• Driver Oversight: Supervise assigned drivers, address route/access inquiries promptly, and track daily dispatches to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• System & Data Management: Maintain real-time driver tracking and trip status updates using Excel master sheets and the Maslog system to support billing accuracy.
• Operational Reporting: Compile daily trip summaries, truck utilization figures, and driver attendance logs for management review.
