Job summary

XTREME LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam, Selangor, seeks a Truck Planner cum Truck Driver for a full-time, hybrid role combining routing planning with hands-on driving.

You will optimise fleet operations, schedule deliveries, and support warehouse activities while ensuring safety and service standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a clean HGV/commercial licence, and proficiency with logistics software and GPS.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV/ commercial licence with a clean record.
• 3–5 years of truck driving or logistics experience.
• Proficient with logistics software and GPS systems.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with drivers, warehouse and customers.
• Familiarity with Shah Alam area advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule routes to optimize delivery, fuel costs and time.
• Monitor vehicle movements in real-time with logistics systems.
• Coordinate loading, transit and delivery with drivers and customers.
• Drive company vehicles in compliance with laws and safety.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain records of deliveries, mileage, fuel, maintenance.
• Optimize routes for multiple delivery points and time-sensitive shipments.
• Liaise with clients on schedules and delays.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.
