Job summary

GSP Malaysia is seeking a proactive Management Trainee to support production, quality and logistics operations in Kulai. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, maintain records, and learn company workflows while rotating across departments.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in business administration, operations, logistics, or engineering, with a strong interest in leadership development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, mechanical or related field
• Strong interest in management, operations and leadership development
• Willing to learn, rotate between departments and take on challenges
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Possess positive attitude, discipline and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks in key areas including Production, Quality, and Logistics by assisting with day-to-day operations within the assigned business unit.
• Prepare, maintain, and update various documents, reports, and records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all daily operations and procedures are in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist quality department heads in day-to-day operations, project coordination, and documentation.
• Learn and understand company policies, workflows, and operational standards.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned tasks or projects.
• Assist in conducting training sessions for employees and support the development of management personnel.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the management team.
