Job summary

GSP in Kulai, Malaysia is seeking an entry-level trainee to support Production, Quality, and Logistics operations. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, maintain records, and help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role offers opportunities to learn across departments, participate in meetings, and support management in training and project coordination. Strong communication and English/Bahasa Malaysia skills are desired, with Mandarin as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in management, operations and leadership development.
• Willing to learn and rotate between departments.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks in key areas including Production, Quality, and Logistics by assisting with day-to-day operations within the assigned business unit.
• Prepare, maintain, and update various documents, reports, and records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all daily operations and procedures are in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist quality department heads in day-to-day operations, project coordination, and documentation.
• Learn and understand company policies, workflows, and operational standards.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned tasks or projects.
• Assist in conducting training sessions for employees and support the development of management personnel.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the management team.
